If Coakleys is out of your way, or if it is just more convenient to mail us your shoes and boots, our mail-in service is for you! We have an easy process that will have your items repaired and returned quickly. Just complete our online form, and mail your items. Once we receive your shipment, one of our highly-skilled craftsmen will call you to confirm the repairs and final price.

  1. Complete the Mail-In Repairs Order Form below.

  2. Place the item(s) to be repaired in a sturdy box. 

  3. Ship your box to Coakleys via the method of your choice. Ship-to-address: COAKLEYS, 2-57 YORK ST, LONDON ON N6A 1A6

  4. Important:** Include a note in the box with your name and return address. 

  5. Flat rate return shipping: Coakleys will return ship your item for $25. Includes up to $100 liability coverage against loss or damage.

Once we receive your item, we will get it into our repair queue. We will contact you and provide information about your repair.

Repairs are typically back on your doorstep within two weeks from when we receive them.

All repairs are return shipped via Canada Post. A flat rate of $25.00 CAD will be added for return shipping.
